Ice Lined Refrigerator (2ºC To 8ºC)

The Ice Lined Refrigerator (ILR) is designed as per
WHO PQS E003/RF03 standards for safe vaccine
storage. It maintains a stable temperature range of
+2°C to +8°C ensuring complete protection of vaccines
and other temperature-sensitive medicines. Built with
Grade A freeze protection, it eliminates the risk of
accidental freezing. The ILR is equipped with PUF
insulation, CFC-free refrigerant, and ice-lined walls,
which provide an extended hold-over time of more than
24 hours at 43°C ambient temperature, even during
power outages.
It comes with an automatic defrost system,
microprocessor-based digital temperature controller,
and audio-visual alarms to alert for temperature
deviations. Optional accessories like data loggers,
remote monitoring systems, and voltage stabilizers can
also be integrated. The ILR is designed for tropical
climates, operating efficiently in the ambient range of
5°C to 43°C,

Available in different gross capacities ranging
typically from 225 liters to 500 liters (and
beyond), it offers reliable vaccine storage
volumes as per WHO recommendations. The
chest-style construction with lockable lid,
internal baskets, and sturdy design ensures
safe, long-term usage.
